NC-559-ASM is a no-clean tacky flux that can
be left on the board for many SMT assemblies. For
applications requiring cleaning, NC-559-ASM can be 
cleaned using commercially available flux 
residue removers.
Purpose
NC-559-ASM can be used for PCB , BGA , PGA reworking , 
it can be used for soldering and reballing of computer
